Vendor Price Increases
As a valued customer of Professional Building Services, we want to advise you on the following price increases that have been announced by our vendor partners:
Aluminum Products
Manufacturers of aluminum products have announced increases of between 5-8% on all aluminum products. As a result we will be passing on these increases effective October 1, 2014.
These increases include, but are not limited to, Aluminum Trim Coil, Siding, Gutter, Edging, Sheet Stock, etc.
We have also received notifications of increases of between 5-10% from our asphalt shingle manufacturers that take effect in early September.
