Howell, Mi - October 30, 2013 -Tickets for the Howell Conference & Nature Center's Wild Wonderful Night Gala on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Johnson Center at Cleary University are now available online click here for details or call 517-546-0249 to make your reservation. Live wildlife, the area's best restaurants, and one-of-a-kind auction items are the hallmarks of this annual fundraiser.This year's fundraiser in support of wildlife rehabilitation and education will be extra-special, as it will inaugurate the Nature Center's 50th year in operation.

An extraordinary lineup of local restaurants will vie for the crystal Kili trophy, which symbolizes the Nature Center's oldest resident Bald Eagle. Last year's Kili winner, Burrough's Tavern, will face a formidable group of competitors, including:

About Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education at the Howell Conference & Nature Center

The Howell Nature Center's Wildlife Rehabilitation program celebrated 30 years in service to injured and orphaned animals in 2012. It is the largest and most comprehensive program of its kind in Michigan, and is recognized across the country for its specialization in raptors, or birds of prey. The Nature Center cares for 2,300 injured and orphaned animals every year, with the bulk of those intakes coming in May, June and July.
