"I'm dreaming of a white Christmas..........." - or so the song goes. Actually I'm dreaming of a nice hot, deep bubble bath in our bathroom which I really hope will be finished by then. Between dead mice, gazillions of carpenter ants, rotten floor boards and the discovery of 'creative' wiring this project has taken my husband Andy many more weeks than even he envisioned. This month seems to have been mostly about sanding drywall which means dust. LOTS of dust. Our black and white dog is now grey - or has serious dandruff. Possibly both. Fine clouds of it seems to drift into every room of the house like ghostly apparitions, covering any stationary surface with a film of fine white powder that reappears faster than I can vacuum. Let's just say that our home looks like a winter wonderland! May this festive season be filled with memories of good times spent with family and friends, and may only "your Christmases be white". |

LEARN PROFESSIONAL CONTAINER DESIGN
I am thrilled to have been asked to teach the Container Gardening course at Edmonds Community College (EDCC) this winter.
I have designed the curriculum to be FUN! As well as gaining a better understanding of products, plants and design there will be lots of opportunities for hands on work. I will also teach a unique class on starting your own container gardening business and marketing, something I am asked about every year.
Classes run every Tuesday morning from January 8th to March 19th. Email me for more class details or contact Tim Hohn to inquire about course fees and registration.
Don't delay - this is always a popular class and is limited to 18 participants
