As a parent, it is important to nurture the gifts and talents that your children display when they are growing up. By nurturing those God-given gifts and talents, you help facilitate and bring forth the purpose God has placed in your children. There are enough people in this world who are unhappy in their careers because their careers don't engage their God-given gifts and purpose. By guiding your children in developing their gifts, you will enable them to follow and fulfill their purpose in life. As a result, your children will achieve a career vision that is God glorifying, personally fulfilling, significant, and intentional.
