Today's Focus: Goals and Aspirations

"New Year - New You," we've all said it; set goals for our weight, our wallets, and the overall welfare of our lives, but a goal is nothing more than thoughts in our mind or words on paper if we don't speak life and take action.  Proverbs 18:21 tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. Philippians 3:14 encourages us to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling.  God has given you the vision to improve your life, the word to inspire and sustain you during the journey, and the ultimate victory through the blood of Jesus Christ.  You have everything you need to reach your goal. Get up, get ready, and go make it a reality in 2013!

Today's Thought: I have set my goal. God has given me all I need.  I'm going to go get it.
