Only a handful of businesses have yet to renew their membership.  If you are one of them, please renew today.  This past year, the DTC made significant advancements but we are looking to face new challenges this year, and more importantly, significant opportunities with extraordinary potential to make the DTC even stronger. 
DTC Spring Meeting & Open House
The Lofts Condominiums represent the first large-scale effort to add to the residential character of the city's Downtown in years.  Hopefully, we're just getting started!

On Tuesday, April 18th, you can be among the first to tour the new Lofts Condominiums that are part of the DTC spring meeting and open house.

Here is your chance to get a glimpse inside these open and modern spaces in historic Downtown!

New Lending Program - Capital Funds 
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) has selected the Initiative Foundation and nearly two dozen other nonprofit organizations to participate in a statewide lending program to provide funding to businesses that may experience difficulty accessing capital. The goal is to increase economic opportunities for businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans, low-income individuals and/or persons with disabilities. Link
