DTC Spring Meeting & Open House
On Tuesday, April 18th, you can be among the first to tour the new Lofts Condominiums that are part of the DTC spring meeting and open house.

Creating An Extraordinary Downtown
We don't want you to simply come to St. Cloud's Downtown.  We want you to explore it.  Feel the energy.  To enjoy everything that our amazing city has to offer.  Explore our incredible sights, find entertainment at our entertainment venues and theaters, dine at our unique restaurants, shop at our specialty stores, and stay at our world-class hotels.  If you want to know what to do in Downtown, come to us.  There's something for everyone here, and we invite you to experience it all.  See for yourself why Downtown is the place for everyone to enjoy.
Downtown Construction & Streetscape
Two blocks along 5th Avenue are going to be under construction this summer from mid-May until early September.  Wooden boardwalks will be used to allow customers to get to businesses in that 2-block street. MetroBus service will move to the Lady Slipper Lot during this time.  Takin' It To The Streets is schedule for September 9th.

There is some confusion regarding construction along West St. Germain Street.  There are NO PLANS UNDERWAY currently and it could be 10-15 years before Germain sees any construction.  New light posts are scheduled to be installed.
