Thank You 2016 Members
Membership is an opportunity for a diverse group to connect around the common interest of supporting Downtown's revitalization.  This growing network enables us to be a better advocate for Downtown and builds fundamental relationships for Downtown's growth.  Thank you for your 2016 membership with the St. Cloud Downtown Council (DTC).

Through your participation, you have helped to grow an energetic and supportive resource for over 160 member organizations and thousands of their employees.
Website Redesign Will Bring More Value
Membership organizations, such as ours, are only as important as the value we provide our members.

Capital One is supporting our efforts to redesign our website that will be more dynamic, drive awareness, highlight our members and better engage users. Downtown business, Cohlab, will help us create our new site.

For members, please begin thinking about what you'd like to see on the site along with suggestions that would bring more business to you.  We will be sending out a survey within a week or two to collect your ideas.
Gearing Up for New Fall Event
There's talk of a Riverwalk, so we got to thinking.  Why not make better use of the expanded trail right now with an event we are referring to (for now) as "Unwind Along the Mississippi".

We picture vendors, MN wineries (judging), MN craft beers (judging), MN distilleries (judging), bands and more ALL along the trail between Hwy 23 to the current end.

If you'd like to learn more and possibly get more involved, please call (320.2578600) or email Pegg.  Link
Our Interns
Interns bring immense value to our organization.
They are young, eager, ready to pitch in and come with fresh ideas.  Not sure what we would do without interns like Morgan Kingston, so capable and adept.  She may help with a few upcoming projects, but as her official internship ends, we want to shout out a huge thank you, gracias, grazie, danke, and merci beaucoup.

Today we welcome Spencer Henle, our newest intern from SCSU, majoring on Community Development.  He seems anxious to learn and help, and we're so happy to he's here.
