Downtown Survey is Next Step
|
The DTC's role is to be the catalyst for enhancing St. Cloud's Downtown business vitality, social improvement and cultural renewal. The DTC and GSDC Downtown Corp. have entered into a joint initiative. Downtown property and business owners will be surveyed with a goal to understand the advantages and disadvantages of a downtown location, critical success factors and key trends influencing business operations.
Our organizations have both played a vital role in the visioning and planning for the Downtown master plan portion of the City of St. Cloud's Comprehensive Plan Update. What is it our stakeholders need from our organizations in order to reach this vision and move the Plan forward? A survey will be mailed next week. Your input is a critical next step -- We ask that you fill it out and give us your comments.
