Dozens of lawsuits have been filed again Minnesota businesses alleging violations of the American with Disabilities (ADA) and Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA).  Join us for a webinar [particularly retail and restaurants] to:
  • get an overview of federal and state law;
  • find out your responsibilities under the law; and
  • learn how to respond to a disability related claim or lawsuit.

The work of the Marshall Chamber of Commerce, assisting members with a self-audit program, will also be featured.

DTC member D. J. Bitzan Jewelers at 204 Waite Avenue N in Waite Park are hosting the Chamber Business After Hours July 16, 4:30 - 6:30 pm.  Grub by Mark Larson Creative Catering.  Grog by Westside Liquor. 

Mathew Hall Lumber promoted Calvin Fischer to operations manager and Shawn Kockler to design and estimating manager.  Fischer oversees roof
                               and floor truss and wall panel manufacturing. 
                               Kockler oversees the internal manufacturing
                               operations.

Coborn's Inc. donated $1 million to the new St. Cloud Area Family YMCA facility.  This brings the total amount raised to over $23.5 million.   
 

       

        Brian Hart, president, Sandler Training,
        awarded the 3rd "power and POtential" scholarship  
        for Veterans to Jamie Sieben of Clearwater.  The
        annual scholarship covers all Sandler Training
        course materials,
a weekly 2-hour class for 12
        months and unlimited access to Hart as a
        consultant, coach and trainer. 


 

Courtyard by Marriott is officially open.  The entire  

hotel was completely renovated.  There is a market   and Bistro and Starbuck's coffee.  It's a New Stay.
