Well, it's time.  The official announcement has been made that beginning Monday, April 13th (changed from Wednesday, April 1st) 5th Avenue North (between W. St. Germain Street and 1st St. N.) will be closed until further notice (likely 12-18 months).  Detours will be posted. 

While this is an inconvenience for some, we are ecstatic that a new parking ramp will be constructed.  Thank you for your patience.  Call Pegg at 257-8600 with any concerns, issues and  
                     suggestions. 

Main Street Max will soon be our helpful guide to help our Downtown guests and employees bettr navigate.
Introducing Daniela Lorenz
We are so excited to introduce and welcome Daniela Lorenz as our Spring intern at both the DTC and GSDC.  Daniela is a current student at SCSU, expecting to graduate with the BA degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis on Rhetorical Studies and minor in Human Relations.  She is originally from Ellsworth, WI. 

The DTC and GSDC have a great to be accomplished, and we appreciate the help and enthusiasm that Daniela brings.

There are several trees throughout Downtown that need trimming and many dead trees need to be replaced.  Please be aware that the City of St. Cloud will soon be trimming and replanting.  A huge thank you.

Crew Member Job Openings at Quarks. Seeking individuals who are energetic, positive and customer focused.  This position performs a variety of duties including greeting and serving customers, food prep, and stocking.   

 

Requirements include:

  • Take pride in work
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy
  • Good communication skills
  • H.S. graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience working in the food industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of materials and methods used in food preparation preferred
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of shift
  • Physical ability to climb and descent 3 flights of stairs daily and lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds
