Cherokee County/Carter Blood Care Blood Drive - 6/26/14

Make plans to give blood at the upcoming Cherokee County Blood Drive on Thursday, June 26, 2014, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  

 

The Carter BloodCare bus will be in front of the Courthouse Annex, 165 E. 6th St, Rusk.

Rusk First Baptist Church Vacation Bible School - 7/7/14 - 7/11/14  

 

Rusk First Baptist Church is holding its annual Vacation Bible School on Monday, July 07, 2014 - Friday, July 11, 2014 From 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at 372 E 4th St. in Rusk, TX.

 

Join them for the "Scavenger Hunt" Vacation Bible School, finding my place in God's story.   The program is available to anyone 3 years old thru Junior High (entering 8th Grade).

Eagles & Engines 1st Annual Car, Truck, & Bike Show - 7/19/14  

 

Saturday, July 19 at 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 1st annual car, truck, and bike show! FREE public admission!!

 

For show participants, $20/pre-registration and $25/day of the event per vehicle.

 

Concessions, games, auction/raffle, and a smash car will also be available.

 

Proceeds will benefit the RHS Band Boosters and their competition in Orlando, FL as well as a smaller group that will be taking an educational trip to Europe in 2015!
