Rusk KOA Murder Mystery Event - 4/26/14

 

Mark your calendars and please join Virginia Otis and the staff of the Rusk KOA Campground for a "Murder Mystery Event" on Saturday, 4/26/14 at the Rusk KOA Campground located at 745 FM 343 East from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. 

 

A traditional Murder Mystery set in the world of 1920's Gangsterland.  Mobsters, murder, and comic mayhem ensue after the mysterious death of one of the "family."

The Arbors Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center Raffle for Red Sox vs. Texas Rangers Game Benefits Relay for Life

 

Cindy Pugh and the staff of The Arbors Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center  invite you to purchase Raffle tickets for a chance to win two tickets for the 7 p.m. May 10 Boston Red Sox vs. Texas Rangers game and a chance to win a $50 gift card to Academy Sports and Fitness.

Rep Jeb Hensarling Town Hall Meeting and Legislative Update - 4/24/14

 

On Thursday, April 24th, I will host a town hall meeting in Jacksonville to discuss some of the recent actions I have taken as chairman of the House Financial Services Committee to bring much needed oversight and accountability to agencies like the CFPB and the Federal Reserve; reduce Washington red-tape like the thousands of pages of regulations in the Dodd-Frank Act; end "too-big-to-fail" and the practice of Washington picking winners and losers; and restore confidence and certainty to job creators so they can hire new workers and create jobs in Cherokee County.

 

The discussion will be held at 1:15pm at the Norman Activity Center. I look forward to seeing you there.

Cherokee County Relay for Life First Annual East Texas Business Expo - 4/22/14

 

You're invited to the Cherokee County Relay for Life First Annual East Texas Business Expo, to e held on Tuesday, 4/22/14.  The event will take place at the Rusk Civic Center, 555 Euclid St from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the Cherokee County Relay For Life with 100 percent of booth space fees of only $25 per table donated to American Cancer Society.

 

Have new local small business in East Texas? Consultants, Distributors, and Representatives welcome too. Need to gain exposure for an existing business? Or how about looking to expand your services? This Business Expo will cover all those needs.
