DHCS has provided the form for submission of payment data by clinical labs to update the Medi-Cal clinical lab fee schedule. This applies to labs submitting global charges and does not apply to hospital clinical labs. Payment data must be submitted by March 18, 2016 and we have included the notice below along with the link to the website where the payment submission form and instructions for submission can be found.

 

The Clinical Laboratories and Laboratory Services webpage has been updated to include the 2016 request for data that will be used to calculate the new methodology rates, effective July 1, 2016.  Included in the page you will find the 2016 instructions and submission forms. Providers are required to submit the fee schedule data for the 2015 data collection process by March 18, 2016. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
