It's official. The Secretary of State announced that the MICRA Lawsuit Ballot Measure will be designated as Proposition 46. Going forward we will be known as the No on 46 campaign.

With only a few months until Election Day on November 4, we are ramping up efforts to educate voters that Prop. 46 will increase health care costs, reduce access to care, and jeopardize people's private prescription drug information. And we need your help!
