5 REASONS NOT TO GET THE FLU SHOT
In December I heard a health official in Dallas say that the flu shot was not 100% protection, and to "think of more creative ways to boost the immune system". See below to help sort that out.
Consider the following reasons not to get a flu shot:
- One of the world's leading researchers in neuroimmunology said that five yearly consecutive flu shots increase the risk of Alzheimer's by ten times when compared to receiving one, two or zero.
