Sugar - Yada, Yada, Yada!
Are you tired of hearing how sugar is bad for your health? It was good news to most health care practitioners when on August 24 of this year the American Heart Association gave new recommendations on sugar consumption:
That's 6-10 teaspoons a day. A 12-ounce can of soda contains 8 teaspoons. That's slightly less than 1/4 cup for those of us who need a visual. Just add water to that sugar and drink it! Are you listening?
