Attention Deficit Seminar Overview
Wow! We had a great seminar on Saturday at Central Market! For those that missed it, here is an overview of the tests to do even before a neurodevelopmental diagnosis is attached to a set of symptoms. These tests are recommended uniquely to the individual.
- Hair mineral Analysis - to identify elevated levels of toxic metals and to assess overall general health.
- Fatty Acids test - to determine the levels of essential fatty acids such as omega 3, which is very calming to the central nervous system.
- Gut testing through stool and saliva sampling - for yeast, fungus, virus, bacteria, parasites, and other gut health identifiers.
- Gluten antibody testing - to identify sensitivity to wheat, oats, rye and barley (gluten-containing grains).
- Neurotransmitter testing - identifies levels of brain chemicals each of which uniquely calm or excite the central nervous system.
- Food Allergy Testing - food allergies/sensitivities aggravate the central nervous system. This test can include tTg (tissue transglutaminase) to test for celiac disease.
Nutritional Direction works with various laboratories around the country to accomplish these tests for you at very reasonable pricing. Once we have the test results, I will make recommendations on the best way to return your body to a normal state of health without pharmaceutical drugs. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares the LORD. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55: 8, 9
Is it not wise, then, to go to the LORD in prayer, asking His "opinion" in all we do? |
