All Natural Fajita Mix or Taco Seasoning 3 Tbsp tapioca flour or cornstarch or arrowroot powder 2 Tbsp chili powder 1 ¼ tsp sea salt 1 Tbsp paprika 2 tsp xylitol 1 ½ tsp onion powder ¾ tsp garlic powder ¾ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp dried cilantro Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Coat freshly cut chicken strips (1 - 1 ½ lbs) with fajita mix and place in skillet. Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side, or until done. To use as Taco Seasoning, eliminate the tapioca flour and add to 2 lbs. of browned ground beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Cover cashews with water and soak for a few hours, or overnight. Pour off all water, and place nuts in food processor. Add 1/4 cup cold water, salt, vinegar and lemon juice. Puree for 3-4 minutes or until completely smooth and creamy in consistency. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
