    Thanks so much for making us feel valued during Teacher Appreciation Week. We thank you for a delicious breakfast, a wonderful lunch, beautiful flowers, sweet notes on the flower petals and a bright colorful banner.

3-morning and 4-morning opening for Lead Teacher, beginning in September. Send resume. Qualifications: 1. Experience working with young children, 2. Degree in elementary or early childhood education or degree in another field, and willingness to continue education.

FAMILY POT-LUCK PICNIC
Monday, May 16   5:00-7:00 pm

Don't miss the great food and fun at the potluck picnic at 5:00 pm on Monday, May 16. The rain date possibilities are Tuesday, May 17 and Thursday, May 19. The children and siblings (especially alumni siblings) have a wonderful time playing together while parents visit. The preschool provides beverages and paper goods.  Each family should bring

  • a main dish w/ serving spoon
  • a side dish w/ serving spoon
  • blankets and/or lawn chairs.

Please come-we want to share this fun evening with everyone!

 

Park in the parking lot and come in the main door.  You may also park on North Shore and come up the steps.
ANNUAL PRESCHOOL YARD SALE

While purging your toys and clothes this summer, please consider saving them for the yard sale.  Need it out of your house before then?  Schedule a pickup!
 
Proceeds from the sale support the Preschool Scholarship Fund.  
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
  • Donate! (Email below to schedule pickup)
  • Collect items for donation
  • Store items over the summer (a corner of your garage, basement or attic)
  • Work the sale in the fall
  • Tell your friends we will take their items
  • Advertise

BOOKS BOOKS, BOOKS
Thanks for purchases at the Book Fair; between your gifts and the store credit from Scrawl Books, we will be adding lots of books to our library.  If the donors of these two books would like their name added to the front of the book, please respond by email.  Tiger in My Soup and  A Sick Day for Amos McGee.
 
The Conscious Discipline related books are still at Preschool.  Stop by Jane's office if you want to purchase any Shubert or Sophie books, Easy to Love-Difficult to Discipline or I Love You Rituals.  You may purchase with cash, check or credit card and not pay shipping costs.

After a wonderful 4 years at Preschool, my time here is almost done. However, the parents group is going to be in the extremely capable hands of Aisha Barber and Jessica Campbell.
