Coexisting With Fault Lines!

If you can't put a building on an EQ Fault Line, Make Parkland an Option!

This recent article in the L.A. Times covers this option and should be considered by planners as we go forward.

Barham Off Ramp to be Closed PERMANENTLY!

Part of the Universal expansion project requires that the traffic from Universal shall drop down onto the 101 Freeway. For this to happen, the existing Barham offramp from the 101 will have to be closed permanently. As far as we know, the onramp from Cahuenga north of Barham taking cars southbound onto 101 Freeway will remain in place.

There is a petition going around from people who do not like this idea. Feel free to read it and, if you agree with their point of view, SIGN THE PETITION

Beachwood Cafe
Why not wander into into the Cafe and have a meal and conversation with any one of the many neighbors you will run into? This IS family!

In days gone by, most neighbors would meet spontaneously in the local cafe and visit about all manner of neighborhood issues. We can do it again.
