A Tribute to Peg Entwistle
Tuesday, Sept 16th at 7:30 p.m.
Thirteen Women
On the evening of September 16, 1932, actress and Beachwood Canyon resident Peg Entwistle made a fateful decision to climb Mt. Lee and jump from the letter "H" of the Hollywoodland Sign.
We, in a loving tribute to our former neighbor, are showing this film, which was completed before her final act and was released after her death. This movie screening will be a lasting testament to her talent.
Bring your beach chair or blanket. Pack a picnic or bring some snacks. Concessions will be sold. There
will be a raffle with prizes and a Peg Entwistle look-a-like contest with a grand prize. Come one, come all - tell your neighbors!!
Sponsored by the Beachwood Cafe, The Beachwood Market, Hollywoodland Antiques and My Fair Lady's Flowers.
