Millennium Foes Launch Crowd-Funding Campaign!

Now it's up to all of us to make this go viral. Here's what you can do:

After people donate, they are given easy instructions on how to become team members and show up on this campaign as supporters of this valuable effort.

You might be short on funds but you're probably NOT short on friends. Forward this to everybody you know!

UPDATE: Sunday, August 3 at the Hollywood Farmer's Market, volunteers from the Stop the Millennium Campaign will be selling earthquake kits. All proceeds go to this noble effort to stop the Millennium Project and end corruption in local government! Stop by and say "Hi!" Lend your support. Ask for the new brochure. If you buy an earthquake kit, you can have a close up photo of the Hollywood Faultline.

The incoming class is INCREDIBLE! So many wonderful area children are enrolled in kindergarden, that we're opening a 3rd kinder class.

Come help paint and pull it all together!

painting, sanding, staining, decorating, light carpentry
highly organized work crew, including supervision
a great way to meet current families, and those who'll begin on Aug 12 (first day of school)

Schiff to Host Forum on Identity Theft - August 4 at 7 p.m.

Congressman Adam Schiff is hosting a forum on Identity Theft on Monday August 4, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The Witherbee Auditorium in Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens, 5333 Zoo Drive.

Representatives from the IRS, FBI, Federal Trade Commission, Social Security, and US Postal Inspection Service will be on hand to share information and discuss concrete ways to protect your identity. Limited seating.

Summer Neighborhood Meeting Monday, Aug 11 at 7 p.m.

It's time to get together again.

DATE: Monday, August 11 at 7 p.m.

LOCATION: Beachwood Cafe

This meeting will provide updates on crime, local tourist issues, traffic and parking updates and much more. We have invited the reps from the City Council as well as law enforcement.

In days gone by, most neighbors would meet spontaneously in the local cafe and visit about all manner of neighborhood issues. We can do it again.
