Is temporary permit parking good for your neighborhood?

What we know about "Temporary Permit Parking Districts"
Like all PPD's, they can be up to 6 blocks intersection to intersection.
Each parcel would be allowed up to 3 annual permits each costing $34/year. The vehicles all must be registered in the district. (i.e. Mary, Fred and Bethany have a total of 3 cars and they are all registered at the one Deronda home)
You can buy up to 2 visitor permits at $22.50 each. These last for 4 months.
You can buy unlimited daily guest permits at $2.50 each and are valid on a specific calendar day.
