Grady - Senior, Healthy, Needs a Home!

Grady is a soulful, senior shepherd husky mix dumped at the shelter by his owners. He is a very gentle guy, happy to chill around the house. He loves being taken for a walk. Currently, he's living with a 13-year-old poodle and they do well together. He doesn't mind being left at home alone. He doesn't chew things and rarely barks. He has a thick beautiful husky coat and is housetrained and very healthy. If you are looking for a quiet senior friend who likes to go walking with you, Grady is your man. For more information, contact info@dirtydogsquad.org or visit our website - www.dirtydogsquad.org.

Ruby Needs a Home Right Away!

Ruby is a real gem. She is a very sweet 3-year-old, Maltese/Lhasa Apso mix. She is spayed, very friendly, cuddly, good with kids, and wants to play with all the other dogs.  She's good on a leash and in the car, house-trained, and very happy and healthy. Ruby weighs about 18 pounds and loves to dance. Normally, she has longer fluffy hair but it was so matted and dirty that staff felt compelled to cut it. Ruby is a great gal. For information on fostering or adopting Ruby contact us at info@dirtydogsquad.org.

Local Businesses Need Our Support

What a shock to find that there is a local source for organic products right in our Village at the Beachwood Market! It's true. I keep finding various organic alternatives while shopping there. It is also rumored that organic produce will start appearing in the raw, fresh food section. Stay tuned for more and more improvements!

If you haven't been there recently, please stop by and wander around. You may be pleasantly surprised and, at the very least, you'll bump into some of your neighbors. It happens to me almost every time I visit the store.

Local business will always rise or fall based on the support and feedback from local residents. Let's help our Village businesses thrive!
