Dear TapRooT� Friends & Experts:
The 18th Global TapRooT� Summit will take place at the spectacular Horseshoe Bay Resort (near Austin, Texas) April 7 - 11, 2014.
This event is the leading venue to gain deeper understanding of root cause analysis, incident investigation and performance improvement. And best of all, each session offers the attendees a chance to apply that understanding in practical ways when they return to their facilities. The 3-day event is organized into nine tracks with the opportunity to get five full days of exceptional learning by adding a 2-day Pre-Summit Course.
