We were wondering what effect the Horseshoe Casino would have on the adjacent residential areas. Thus far, it seems that close-in Reading Road is receiving the largest dose of adrenalin. The block between Pendelton Street and East 12th Street appears to be inspiring a great deal of interest. - The first development actually happened a few years ahead of the Casino with The Glass House at 512 Reading Road. The developer combined two 19th century buildings and created urban industrial lofts that have proven to be very popular. We're proud to say that we currently represent The Glass House - and - there's just one residence left. - The photo below shows development plans for the historic Neuer Glass Factory at 518 Reading Road. This would be an upscale, boutique hotel, not unlike the highly successful Renaissance Marriott overlooking Lytle Park. The hotel will include an expansive rooftop terrace for dining. In addition, the building at 528 Reading is now available for an intrepid developer with vision to 'seize the day'. If interested, give us a call! - ![]() If you've ever considered living downtown or along either riverfront, there is an amazing variety of choice. As condominium experts in this region, we can help you find a loft or condominium that is perfect for you. In addition to being knowledgeable in every downtown residential building, we are the official representatives for The Glass House, Adams Place, SouthShore, and The Ascent at Roebling's Bridge, and Domaine de la Rive. In addition, we have been integral partners in 18 East Fourth, The McAlpin, Lofts at Fountain Square, Graydon Lofts and more.---RSIR |
