CMS just launched eHealth University, a new resource that helps providers find information and materials on each of the eHealth programs in one location.
Providers can use eHealth University to navigate the requirements of the eHealth programs with education modules tailored to their participation level, whether it's beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Tier 2 adds limited Project Management, MU Gap Analysis, Vendor relationship assistance and more. If you have new members of your MU team or need more time from our MU experts, choose this tier.
Tier 3 includes assistance with Patient Portals, Workflow Support, EHR eligibility redetermination for Medicaid incentives as well as CQM review and reporting assistance.

| Confused About What to Expect for Vew, Download, and Transmit (VDT) as part of the Meaningful Use requirements in 2014? | |
All providers and hospitals attesting to Meaningful Use in 2014 will need to implement the VDT capabilities for their patients.
Those in Stage 1 will attest for access and those in Stage 2 will attest for use. The term "online access" used in the VDT measure definitions refers to all three capabilities - view, download and transmit.

Medicare eRx Incentive Program Ends

Did you know that 2013 was the final program year for participating and reporting in the Medicare Electronic Prescribing (eRx) Incentive Program?
The 6-month 2014 eRx payment adjustment reporting period, which began on January 1, 2013 and ended on June 30, 2013, was the final reporting period to avoid the 2014 eRx payment adjustment. You do not need to report G-codes (G8553) for 2014 eRx events.
