Season's Greetings!! The holiday season is in full swing and it is hard to believe that 2015 is winding down and we are about to embark on 2016!! It seems that this year has flown by, but its certainly been a memorable and busy one!
I don't know about you, but I've noticed that our seasonal residents and visitors seem to have arrived! With so many fantastic holiday events going on in our community, hopefully more and more people will begin calling Charlotte County home....not just home for the holidays or snowbird season!
Thank you for your business and friendship throughout this year and we look forward to a wildly successful 2016. I'm so lucky to be able to do what I love everyday and help people build their dreams into a reality. I recently received a customer testimonial that I was so humbled by that I decided to share it in this month's newsletter. I am so grateful to have gotten to build this family a beautiful home and become friends with them throughout the process and beyond...

The Charotte-Desoto Building Industry Association held their Annual Installation and Awards Banquet on Saturday December 5, 2015. It was a terrific event full of networking, comeraderie and of course fun!
I was honored to serve on the Board of Directors for 2015 and am once again honored to serve on the Board of Directors for 2016. Looking forward to another great year of growth, prosperity and progress in our industry!

In my opinion, one of the premiere events of the year in Charlotte County is the Mistletoe Ball hosted by the Homeless Coalition Foundation. We were delighted to attend this beautiful event to celebrate the Season this past weekend and we look forward to attending again in 2016!
