Hi and welcome to "CHAS's CHANGES for LIFE". I'll be sending this out every week with tips on how to be healthier. I will include recipes, exercises, and everyday changes you can make that will improve your health, fitness level and lifestyle. Unless You're Lazy!
Losing weight is hard enough without having to listen to all the "pro's" out there. You know the one's that read all the magazines. Well here are some helpful hints, that I have been teaching for over 30 years...and they work, if you do them.

Chas's Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
3 lg      chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked & chopped
1 c       olive oil mayonnaise
2 tbsp  Dijon mustard
¼ c      sweet pickles, chopped
¼ c      celery, chopped
¼ c      onion, chopped
¼ c      green bell pepper, chopped
¼ c      crushed pineapple, drained
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Combine mayo & mustard in small bowl.
  • Combine all other ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
  • Add the dressing and mix well.
  • Chill, covered, till you are ready to enjoy.
  • Great in pita pockets, or just on a plate with crackers.
