Green Tip For The Week

Computer Age
Computers are becoming an environmental scourge.  More than 31 million PCs are thrown away worldwide each year.  The plastic alone in each system requires 7 quarts of crude oil to make, and when computers are discarded, the heavy metals can become environmental hazards.  Minimize this waste by choosing a model that can be easily upgraded.  When it's really no longer useful to you, donate your computer through your town or to an organization that recycles IT equipment.
