Green Tip For The Week

A Wholesome Night's Sleep
Next time you need to buy a new mattress, look for one filled with natural materials such as cotton, coir, or coconut fiber.  They conduct body moisture much more effectively than sweaty synthetic mattresses, don't sag in the middle, and can be produced with a fraction of the environmental impact of fabrics such as nylon.

Sweet Tastes of Torah North Jersey Board of Rabbis invites you to an Evening of Learning as they celebrate Shabbat Shirha and Tu Bishvat.
Enjoy classes about Jewish music, ecology, the environment, and the Torah portion of the week.  Sessions will cover Biblical and rabbinic texts, songs, poetry, and music.  Hosted by Temple Beth Rishon, 585 Russell Avenue, Wyckoff.

Purim Shpiel Casting Call

Calling all singers, speakers, rappers, serious people and funny folks, percussionists and hand clappers - interested in joining the cast of this year's Purim Shpiel, with story and lyrics re-written based on the musical Hamilton.
This will be Rabbi Frishman's final Purim with us and we would love to have you join in the fun.
We always have a wonderful time.
