Men's Club Breakfast: Mindfulness with Bill Krame Sunday, January 8, 9 am followed by Men's Club Shabbat Prep, 11 am
| |  Mindfulness has been proven to be beneficial for stress relief, improving productivity, our overall health and other aspects of life. Bill has been involved with Mindfulness Meditation for the past 20+ years and is the founder of the Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living at Ramapo College. More information about the Center is available at their web site https://www.ramapo.edu/kramecenter/. This year, we are working with Thalia Halpert Rodis on the Men's Club Shabbat.
