Green Tip For The Week

Make it a full load! Run your dishwasher only when it's full. Don't pre-rinse dishes - tests show pre-rinsing doesn't improve dishwasher cleaning, and you'll save as much as 20 gallons of water per load. Have you listened to our amazing High Holiday Torah readers and wondered how
you could be part of the group that brings Torah to the whole congregation? Have you wondered how everyone prepares to do this? It's as easy as sending one E-mail to Rabbi Steiner at rabbisteiner@barnerttemple.org. As long as you can read Hebrew, Rabbi Steiner will get you the materials you need to prepare and work with you until you are ready to chant or read Torah during Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur services.
