Green Tip For The Week

Keep chemical waste out of waterways.  Never pour paints, used oil, cleaning solvents, polishes, pool chemicals, insecticides, and other hazardous household chemicals down drains, sinks, or toilets.  Many of these products contain harmful substances that could end up in nearby water bodies.  Instead, look online for the hazardous waste collection days in your area.
