Green Tip For The Week

Health experts recommend that we walk 10,000 steps a day (roughly 5 miles) to maintain good health. Knowing you're keeping your body healthy makes the decision not to drive to the stores much easier.  So get yourself a pedometer, and give yourself a small reward each time you exceed this target.
