Green Tip For The Week

Winds of change.  In addition to reducing energy use, make sure that the energy you do need comes from carbon-neutral sources.  Switching to one of the growing number of companies supplying energy from renewable sources such as wind, sun, and hydropower usually only involves a phone call!

Rabbi Steiner
Rabbi Rachel Steiner is our Guest!
Join the Men's Club this Sunday at 9 am for an engaging morning of camraderie and study.  Rabbi Steiner will begin the morning with a study session examining Ki Tisa, in  the parsha during Men's Club Shabbat on February 26.  If you're interested in exploring the parsha, here's a link to ReformJudaism.org.
We'll conclude the breakfast by taking the Menorah down and putting into storage.
Do You Feel The Need To Lead?
Barnert Temple Circle
The 2016 Nominating Committee has begun work to prepare a slate of Temple officers, members of the Board of Trustees and the Advisory Board.
If you have thought about stepping up to leadership and feel that you have some fresh insights into the running of Barnert Temple, please contact one of the committee members listed below to discuss how you might serve our community next year.

Do you know someone who you think would be a great Temple leader?  We're happy to receive those recommendations as well.  We welcome congregants who have fresh insights and are always interested in new leaders who will keep Barnert vital and inspirational.  Thank you!
