Green Tip for the Week

Use the Right Rocks

If you're planning a rock garden, use local stone.  Transporting stone from distant areas is a waste of energy; and local stone will look more natural in your garden anyway.  Ideally, use rocks already on your property.

What is happening with the rights of women and opportunities for egalitarian worship in Israel?
Women of the Wall has been working for over 25 years to provide social and legal recognition of women's rights to wear a prayer shawl, pray, and read from the Torah collectively and out loud at the Western Wall.
Join your Barnert Community to hear from an Israeli Leader about what is happening and how we can move forward.
Here's Your Chance to Vote for Justice,
Equality and Democracy in Israel:
Vote for ARZA in the World Zionist Elections
Voting ends April 30.

Today, Israel is at a Crossroads.
Your Vote Will Make a Difference.
As Reform Jews, we share a commitment to egalitarian worship, a wide welcome to those who wish to embrace Judaism, and a united Jewish People.  A vote for ARZA (Association of Reform Zionists of America) in the World Zionist Elections provides a voice in Israel promoting these values, supporting women's equality, and the basic rights of marriage, burial and Jewish Identity.
