Health experts recommend that we walk 10,000 steps a day (roughly 5 miles) to maintain good health. Knowing you're keeping your body healthy makes the decision not to drive to the stores much easier.  So get yourself a pedometer, and give yourself a small reward each time you exceed this target.

Join Josh Gottheimer in an informal conversation about speech writing in the White House and on presidential campaigns.
Josh was a Special Assistant to the President and Presidential Speechwriter for Bill Clinton and helped Hillary Clinton as a strategist in her 2008 race.  He's also worked on four presidential campaigns and written two books on rhetoric.  As we gear up for the next election, this event promises to be lively!
