The evening will feature a special screening of the ABC "Dynasties" programme (2007) about the Zeccola Family.

Q&A with the founder and managing Director of Australia's leading quality film distributor. Discover the history of Palace Cinemas and learn about
what goes on "behind the scenes" when organising a Film Festival.

Magica Fossati is the executive producer of the SBS Radio Italian program and one of its main presenters. Originally from Turin, Italy, she has been living in Australia for 13 years.

Antonio's taste for cinema stems from Muro Lucano, a small, mediaeval Italian village in Basilicata, the region where Antonio Zeccola was born.
A life story similar to the character of "Cinema Paradiso".

Now Antonio Zeccola is the major player in the development of Australia film culture managing over 20 cinemas nationwide.

Palace Cinemas attract audiences of thousands of world cinema enthusiasts every year, not only screening Italian films but also, through dedicated festivals,  Spanish, German, French, Israeli, Scandinavian, Russian and Greek cinema.

Please note the talk will be in English.
