Italian novelist, translator and poet Erri De Luca was born in Naples in 1950. His original first name was Enrico (Henry), a homage to his grandmother, who was an American citizen. His books have been translated into many languages and a large number of them will be available to IIC members at the IIC Library. Another good reason to become a member of the IIC!
