Brook's experience in teaching pranayama (mindful breathing) together with her ability to bring comfort to the body will teach meditation practitioners improved body awareness and give them tools to quiet the mind.

Moving Meditation

 Mindful Mantras

Mantras are an instrument of the mind.  A powerful sound or vibration that can be used to enter a deep state of meditation.  A mantra is uplifting and will help with centering during meditation.  By repeating a mantra, we introduce the vibrational frequency of that mantra into our self, so we begin to resonate with the words and vibration of the mantra.
