5 Tips for Improving Bone Health
Get walking; studies show that weight bearing exercise encourage bone growth. Walking, jogging, tai chi, help your circulation AND helps your body to build more bone.
2. Pump some iron, lift weights.

3. Get out in the sun, but not too much. Low Vitamin D levels have been linked to cancer and heart disease. Getting the right amount of sun to get your body to make enough vitamin D is an art. Too much sun and you increase your risk for skin cancer.
Take in early morning and evening sun to reduce the skin cancer risk.
