- The importance of branding (with an ice breaker exercise)
- An understanding of your beliefs, attitudes and values (exercise)
- How to create your personal vision statement (individual exercise)
- An understanding of strategic alignment for your business
- Goal setting (exercise on how to set a SMART goal)
- Set personal goals to achieve your vision (individual exercise)
- Conclude with brief stress relaxation/vision invigorating exercise
