XR 145" Bike Project Photos from start to finish!

Why an XR 145? Why two front heads? ... Because we can!!

The XR style is cool. Two pipes coming out of the front of the heads and two intakes out of the rear of the heads look like the old XR 750 that Harley-Davidson raced for years.

We wanted to try that idea on an S&S 145" engine. We couldn't decide whether we wanted to do two front heads or two rear heads, but we decided to try it with two front heads first. Maybe on the next project we'll try it with two rear heads just for fun!

The results of these ideas became a very interesting motorcycle. It sounds different and looks different than any other Dyna we've ever seen, and the darn thing is STUPID FAST!

It made 209 rear wheel horsepower and 190 ft. lbs. of torque at the tire when we dynoed it! We're talking - POWER!

Jerone decided to go with our popular 107" Upgrade Kit that includes all the necessary parts for the upgrade plus before and after dyno tuning so you can SEE the power on paper!

In 1995, George took an untested Angelle Sampey from rookie to racer through his PSM drag racing school, which offers step-by-step instruction inside the classroom and on the track. Angelle went on to become the winningest female racer in NHRA history, while also earning three World Championships along the way!

In his 2-day school, George specializes in fine tuning each driver's mental, physical and emotional capabilities to get the very best performance on the racetrack.
