 Chamber Seminar Series

Planning for Success

Thursday, May 15, 9 am

Bryan Center A&B

Please join us for a very informative presentation on the importance of Business and Strategic Plans.

Earl Gregorich of the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Wright State University will be providing information about the steps to planning for the success of your business, whether it be your first Business Plan or strategic planning for the next steps.

Also joining the discussion will be Lisa Wolters and Nate Cornett of Yellow Springs Brewery, a business beginning their second successful year to discuss the importance of planning. They developed a rock solid plan before opening and worked with Earl to fine tune the details.

So if you are already in business or looking to start a business, you have to have a plan. Without it, you significantly reduce your chance of success. Whether you need a business plan to find funding or just get your company organized, you will find this seminar invaluable to your planning process.
