Please join us for our first Chamber event of the year next Thursday at Curves. Owner Lynn Hardman is pleased to introduce a reinvented Curves featuring KICK START classes developed by fitness expert Jillian Michaels. Lynn explains them as challenging, cutting edge workouts to complement the wide variety of programs already offered at Curves.
Lynn will describe the facility and explain the Curves philosophy. Then there will be an actual 30 minute Kick Start workout that you can either watch or join. You can also enjoy samples of the new Curves Bar, a healthy snack now offered in all locations.
Remember that as a benefit of being a YS Chamber member, you don't have to pay a service fee to join Curves.
