ISO 9001, the world's leading quality management standard, is under revision, with an updated version due by the end of 2015.

Why is ISO 9001 being revised?

All ISO standards are reviewed every five years to establish if a revision is required to keep it current and relevant for the marketplace. The future ISO 9001:2015 will respond to the latest trends and be compatible with other management systems such as ISO 14001.

Test Point Groups in GAGEtrak 7

The Test Point Group replaces the Standard Group found in previous versions of GAGEtrak. The Test Point Group is a feature which allows for the entry of all measurement steps (Test Points) required to pass a specific type of gage. A specific type of gage may be a 6 inch caliper, a torque wrench with step ranges or even a multi-meter. The significant improvement to this feature is the ability to use multiple master or reference gages on a single test point.

TRIGGER CODE

What it is, why you need one and how to get one

A trigger code is a unique code number required to register your GAGEtrak license. If you don't obtain a trigger code within 30 days of installing GAGEtrak, you will receive a message from GAGEtrak saying that your trial period has expired. Obtaining a trigger code will remove this expiration date.

You may also require a new trigger code after reinstalling GAGEtrak because of a workstation upgrade or if GAGEtrak is moved to a new workstation.
