The usage frequency, available in GAGEtrak's Gage Entry -> Schedule window, tracks calibrations due by number of days of usage.

If your gage is sealed and does not require calibration until after it is unsealed and used for 90 days, you would enter 90 Usage as your Calibration Frequency. This gage would not have a due date until you started using the gage.

When the gage is needed, you must issue the gage in GAGEtrak. This begins the 90 day countdown and GAGEtrak calculates an Estimated Due Date 90 days after the gage is issued.

Beneath the Calibration Frequency, you will see Average Cycles/Usage Per Day. If you enter a 1 into Average Cycles/Usage Per Day, the Estimated Due Date remains even when you return the gage. If you put a 0 into Average Cycles/Usage Per Day, the Estimated Due Date disappears when you return the gage. In either case, when you reissue the gage, a new Estimated Due Date will be calculated.

Usage Frequency Calculations:

• When gage is returned, if gage is past due, Next Due Date is populated.
• When gage is returned, use used and use left is calculated.  
• When gage is calibrated, use used and use left is reset.

If Average Usage/Cycles Per Day = 0:

• After Calibration - No Estimated Due Date
• After Issue of Gage - Generates Estimated Due Date
• After Return of Gage - No Estimated Due Date

If Average Usage/Cycles Per Day = 1

• After Calibration - Estimated Due Date Generated
• After Issue of Gage - Generates Estimated Due Date
• After Return of Gage - Estimated Due Date Remains
