This program has honored boards that have demonstrated dedication to student achievement and make every effort to put students first since 1971. | The 2013 Board of Trustees was recently recognized as one of the top five school boards in Texas.

Summer graduates
Nearly 150 students from all six high schools and also the dropout prevention program made up the summer graduation class of 2014 for the Arlington ISD. These students received their diploma at a ceremony on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Texas Hall at UT-Arlington. | Two of the 146 members of the summer graduation class of 2014 celebrate receiving their diploma.
